PPCA Ltd has been commissioned to prepare an appeal against the refusal of planning permission for a replacement porch on a Listed Building at Greenhill Gardens, Edinburgh.
The refusal forms part of a mixed decision on the sensitive redevelopment of the Listed Building. PPCA Ltd has co-ordinated the submission of the appeal including the preparation of a detailed planning statement in support of the proposed development. The appeal has been lodged with the Scottish Governnment Department of Planning & Environmnental Appeals in Falkirk, an accompanied site visit has taken place by a Reporter and a decision is awaited.
