PPCA Ltd was commissioned to advise, prepare and submit an appeal to Scottish Minsters against the refusal of planning permission and Listed Building consent for an extension to, and minor demolition of, a B-Listed townhouse in Edinburgh. This followed on from a mixed decision by the Council on a proposed change of use from office to residential use.
Written submissions set out the land use planning and design justification. Following on from a site visit by a Scottish Government Reporter the appeal was upheld and the extension permitted.
