The Wisp

PPCA was commissioned to submit an outline planning application for a house in the Edinburgh Greenbelt.

The greenfield site was located adjacent to other houses and commercial buildings. The application was lodged with a supporting planning statement providing a reasoned and justified planning argument as to why the principle of a house was acceptable notwithstanding the policy presumption against development.

The application was approved following discussion between PPCA and the local authority.
