PPCA Ltd was engaged to submit a planning application for change of use from Class 1 to Class 3 on a site in central Edinburgh. What seemed to be a straightforward planning application became complex and involved negotiatiion with the planning authority on the need for a bespoke ventilation system. Following on from duscussions with Council planners, planning permission was granted for the development in early 2012.
